Living a life full of contentment, meaningful relationships, and inner peace takes practice and dedication. We believe in practicing and teaching a sweet combination of grit & grace, gratitude and lightheartedness, and learning and growing through all of life's ups & downs.

Location, Location, Location

This world is full of MAGIC, you just have to look for it!  We book only the most breath-taking retreat centers in "bucket list" destinations so that our guests are filled will wonder from the first moment to the last. After all, it is easier to remember that YOU are magic when you are surrounded by it!

Prioritize the Practice

Each practice will be intentionally crafted and customized to what the group needs, calling upon our combined 50 years of teacher & healing experience. Dedication to daily meditations, yoga classes, breathwork practices, and group ceremonies will be essential to creating a life-changing experience during your week of bliss.

Embrace the Magic of the Environment

Our choices in retreat centers and destinations are based on the amount of wonder, sacredness, and awe-inspiring beauty that they hold. We will strongly recommend ceremonies and events hosted by local guides and healers that tap into the local shamanic and healing energies of the area and its people.

Get Vulnerable

Take full advantage of our meditation, breathwork practice, yin and restorative classes. Sit with what comes up throughout the retreat, journal, have heart-to-heart discussions with someone you connect with. Dance with us, chant and sing, laugh, cry, tell your stories & listen to the stories of others. This is a sacred container for your authentic self to shine, and we are here to know the real you!

RETREAT OFFERINGS

The Sweet Life Retreats are magical one-of-a-kind experiences custom created for the individuals and collective group that show up on retreat! Stacie and Tammy individually have extensive training and decades of experience leading group classes, workshops, and private sessions for asana and energy healing, as well as creating and holding space for sacred community. Together, they bring an alchemy of healing modalities to share with seekers who are ready to look within and live a beautiful & deeply meaningful life:

Yoga

All of our yoga asana (posture) classes are all-levels and focused on functional mobility and energy movement. We custom-tailor each practice from the many lineages we have studied over the years: Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yin Restorative Kundalini Hot Yoga Yoga Nidra Iyengar Yoga

Breathwork

Pranayama (intentional breathwork) is the gateway to deeper understanding, centeredness, and a calm heart and mind. On retreat we pull from ancient yogic techniques as well as the incredibly impactful "Breathe to Heal" teachings of the modern breath guru Max Strom. The breath practices you will experience on retreat are gentle, supported, and life-changing.

Meditation

Together we will learn and practice multiple techniques to support your meditation practice, so that you can discover for yourself what works best for you. Some practices will be guided and some will be silent, so that as the week progresses you will be able to confidently drop into your own personal meditation practice within the safe container of our retreat group.

Sound Healing

& Reiki

Sound and energy healing is a passion for us, and we are so grateful to share these offerings with our groups. We bring with us an array of healing sound instruments, including: Harmonium Singing Bowl Wind Chimes Rain Stick Tuning Forks Tongue Drum Throughout the week you will be showered with sound baths, chanting, vibration, and healing reiki energy.
